It’s been snowing, so we get a chance to observe some local wildlife. I didn’t get a shot of the deer that strayed into the yard the other day, but around the bird feeders it is easier to document some of the more common visitors:
Goldfinch
Red Cardinal
Chickadee
Tufted Titmouse peeking
And the sparrow that is also featured, here in all his puffed-up roundness.

All fluffed up. They look cold! Great photos. Too bad about the deer. They must have looked impressive, silhouetted against the snow.

Thank you! 🙂 Yes, the deer were impressive. They seem so much bigger when they are standing next to the shed, as opposed to seeing them in the woods. Maybe we should put a salt lick out so they stick around a bit longer and give me enough time to get the camera, haha.
