Here is another recipe from the children’s cookbook Grandma picked up for us at a local Amish store. It reminds us of peanut butter log.
Try these (comparatively) healthy summer treats you do not have to bake!
Peanut Butter Balls
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 3/4 cup of oatmeal
- 1/2 cup of raisins
Directions:
- Mix ingredients in order given.
- Pack into little balls and put on wax paper.
- Stick in the fridge to harden.
